Το πρόσφατα ανακαινισμένο συγκρότημα δωματίων Villa Kotetsi βρίσκεται στο κέντρο του χωριού Βολισσός Χίου όπου στο Roof Garden μπορείτε να χαλαρώσετε απολαμβάνοντας την καλύτερη θέα,το κάστρο του χωριού!
Το όνομα των δωματίων δημιουργήθηκε επειδή από τα παλιά χρόνια υπάρχει ένα κοτέτσι κοντά στα δωμάτια στην μεγάλη αγροτική έκταση που διαθέτουμε.
Χαλαρώστε σε ένα οικογενειακό και φιλικό περιβάλλον!
Όσοι όμως θέλουν να διασκεδάσουν,μπορούν να πάρουν τα δωρεάν ποδήλατα που διαθέτουμε και σε λιγότερο από 3 λεπτά να πάνε για μπάνιο στις όμορφες παραλίες της Βολισσού ή να περάσουν ευχάριστα στα Beach Bars!
Τα δωμάτια έχχουν 100% ησυχία και παρέχουν ασφάλεια διότι βρίσκονται δίπλα στην αστυνομία του χωριού.
Σε απόσταση 10-100 μέτρων από τα δωμάτια μπορείτε να βρείτε τα πάντα ( mini market , καφετέρια , εστιατόριο , φρέσκο ψωμί από τον παραδοσιακό ξυλόφουρνο).
